![]() ![]() You could, most surely, find optimization through the build. This is 3200 addionnal part but please note that at the moment, the design has not been optimized to minimize the number of extra part needed. I find this : "LegoMinifigure, Utensil Cleaver Item No: 98369 Alternate Item No: 79811" Regarding parts, assuming you have the part of 3 Lion Knights Castles (which is already incredible), you will need the part listed in the following file in Rebrickable CSV format : rebrickable_parts_missing-part-3-lkc.csv. The new number for this part is 98369 if Bricklinck is correct. Regarding the issue with the part 79811, in fact, it should be an issue linked to an old mold. This MOC is a Modification of the following:Įveryone, thank you again for your comments. The ballista is a design from Edge of Bricks ( ).The vegetable stand is a design from slimjimlego ( ). ![]() The weaving wheel and fish stand are based on the design of tile.n.dye slightly downscaled to fit the scale of the MOC ( and ).The front ramp design is mostly identical of the one proposed by jhobbs ( ).Blacksmith interior detail design are taken from Lego Medieval Blacksmith set (21325).Some elements are strongly inspired by excellent previous design available at Rebrickable: If you are interested in such a project, do not hesitate to contact me to work on it. Maybe an improved version could be developed in the future both regarding the design of the MOC and the instruction manual. Regarding the part selection, most of the expensive part are used for final decoration touch and can be swap for others to cut down parts cost. Instruction manual are primary basic step by step guideline generated by studio, it give a good overview of the build but include large number of parts/step (50 parts sometimes) and can be messy sometime. After working one month on this project, I acknowledge it is not perfect but I think good enough to be published. Nevertheless, this model is mostly design for exposition and functionality could be improved in future versions. As the original design, the castle can be open and expanded to have a proper access to the interior. The original bedroom, reception room, kitchen, forest men hideout, weapons rooms and prison are completed with a treasure room, a throne room, the queen/king office, a royal bedroom, a blacksmith, an expanded stable, another kitchen, a well with washroom, a guard refectory and dining room, a cellar and storage, a laboratory and a homing pigeon aviary as well as 2 additional bedrooms. It features fully detailed Interior for most room. It counts around 13000 pieces and is 67 cm wide, 75 cm long and 56 cm tall. The general castle layout is inspired by the smart angle of the original design. This MOC is an extended version of the magnificent Lion Knights Castle (10305). ![]()
